**The FDA and CDC/ACIP have authorized booster doses for the 5 through 11 age group, recommending that the dose be given at least 5 months after the completion of the primary series (second dose). Thames River SBHC is offering booster doses now. **

Our SBHC is run by Child & Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut (CFA).  They are different then our school nurse, school pschycologist, school support staff or your family's primary docotor BUT work in collaboration with all of them!  Each of the SBHC's are staffed by an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and a Master's Level Mental Health Clinician.  

Available In-Person (during the school day) Services Include:

  • Sports or School Physicals
  • Vaccines and Immunizations
  • Sick Visits
  • Mental Health Visits
  • Individual, Group, or Family Counseling
  • Telehealth appointments available!

Current Hours for our School-Based Health Center:

  • Nurse Practicioner (Ms. Tiffany) - Mondays and Wednesday, alternating Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Mental Health Clinician (Mrs. Hall) - Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
