Mandatory training for staff, before the beginning of the school year, that covers signs and symptoms of COVID-19 1 Prioritize 9, Standard Public Health protocols:
- Provide mandated COVID-19 Health Training (protocols for mask training, PPE, social distancing, cleaning)
- Plan ongoing training as changes occur in recommendations and public health data.
Professional development prior to the start of school regarding Instruction and Technology:
- PD with the various platforms that will be used: Google Classroom, Schoology, Seesaw, Remind, Zoom, google meets, Screencastify and with any new curriculum resource/materials
- Training with new procedures, routines, and materials including behavioral expectations; including SEL support.

- PD on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI sub-committee work)
- Teacher/Staff orientation - learn and practice procedures and plan for specific classroom setup, creating toolkits for student use, and other materials necessary for safety in the classroom.

- Department Head Meeting on 7/23/2020 to determine Departmental PD areas to be addressed on PD days prior to school
- Map out the PD Days for 8/27, 8/28, 8/31 and potentially 9/1, 9/2, 9/3
- Faculty meetings, grade level meetings, and department meetings 6-12.
By School COVID-19 Safety Plan to include (but not limited to):
- Traffic Patterns within the school
- Lunch Protocols
- Student Seating in Classrooms
- Preparations for Hybrid and/or Distance Learning
- Universal Hybrid / Distance Learning Expectations for Teachers - synchronous / asynchronous video learning and video office hour
- Establishing Universal Hybrid / Distance Learning Expectations for Students Mandatory Student Lessons in use of Google Classroom, Remind, ATL Skills
