Bid Listings


The Groton Board of Education will receive sealed bids for the Schools and Central Office Video Management System Investment until 3:00PM on Wednesday, June 7th. At that time, proposals will be opened in public or read aloud. The document comprising the Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Director of Technology, Dr. Clint Kennedy, at the Groton Board of Education, 1300 Flanders Rd. Mystic CT 06355 during the hours of 8:30am – 3:00pm Monday through Friday, or by emailing cdavis@groton.k12.ct.us. The Groton Board of Education reserves the right to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or not-material deficiencies in a proposal and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Boards judgement, will be in the Board’s best interest.
